Bean Soup Recipe

📋 INGREDIENTS:
6,76 fl oz (2l) of water
1/5 lb (100 g) lump green peas
1/5 lb (100 g) yellow peas
1/5 lb (100 g) green lentil
1/5 lb (100 g) red lentil
1 glass of rice
1 tsp salt and pepper

⏳ cooking time - 1 h

💬 Note: This recipe may include various vegetables, it depends on your taste. So try to add or remove some ingredients. Also it is good to add some olive oil (2tbsp will be enough).

Bean soup cooked at home (Italian recipe)

1. Pure the mix with rice and beans into the bowl with hot water.
2. Salt it, cover and cook about 45 min on the medium and low heat. If you want you can add some more ingredients like onion, carrot, even tomatoes and celery or anything that is good to your taste.
