How to bake scones with raisin at home
0. Prepare all ingredients
1. Mix an egg with sugar in the bowl until it becomes a creamy texture
2. Mix flour, salt and baking powder in another bowl. Add butter cubes. Mix well and add raisin. Make a hole in the center
3. Pure creamy mixture of egg and sugar into the hole. Pour cream. And knead the dough
4. Roll out the dough on a surface and make a big scone about (3cm) width
5. Prepare the baking dish. Put a baking paper on it and add some flour
6. Start to make scones. Use small baking tin for cookies. It must be with flour on it to avoid sticky. Cut out a scone and put it on the baking paper. Note, do not use finger to separate a scone and baking tin - just shake a little up and down
7. Repeat actions above until run out of dough. Smear with cream each scone before baking
8. Bake scones in the oven for 14 min 425 F (220C)
