Chocolate Pie Recipe

💬 Note: Chocolate cake is not very unusual dessert. You can find a lot of variations - how to cook chocolate cake, pie, cupcakes or even muffins with same ingredients. But there are some tips and secrets. So you are risking to create really fine pastry at home.
Serve this cake with whipped cream and coffee.
Chocolate cake with honey at home
1. Mix butter with sugar
2. Add eggs one by one and 1 tbsp of flour
3. Mix the rest of the flour and soda (if you do not use self-rising flour)
4. Melt chocolate in a water bath. Add to the dough mix
5. Continue to stir the dough and add honey
6. Mix with hot water. The dough is ready
7. Prepare the baking dish. Grease with butter (add some fine semolina/flour) or use baking spray to prevent sticking. Pour the dough to the dish
8. Preheat oven 374F(190C). Bake for 40 min
9. For the icing: put all ingredients in a small bowl and stir on a low heat until smooth. Keep warm until putting on the cake
10. Cool the cake about 20 min. Then start to put icing on top. (Note, you can make a lengthwise cut and smear with icing in the middle for a better taste)
11. Cool the cake and then it is ready for eating
