💬 Note: This recipe of a caramel is a lot like from our childhood. It can become a nice home tradition for home made sweets.
Home made sweets - caramel
1. Add milk, butter, powder and honey to the saucepan. Start to heat up. (Heat must be low or medium so it could not stick) Heat up about 20 min and stir it all the time. Ready texture becomes hard and it has caramel colour.
2. Prepare ice mold. Lay out the mass and cool in the freezer.
