Risotto With Turkey Recipe

📋 INGREDIENTS:
0,55 lb (250 g) medium grain rice
0,22 lb (100 g) dried tomatoes with herbs (onion, basil, garlic)
3 fillets turkey/chicken
33,8 fl oz (1 l) broth or water
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt, pepper
0.33 lb (150 g) any cheese you like

💬 Note: There are a lot of different combinations and risotto recipes. You can experiment freely on your taste.


How to cook risotto with turkey/chicken

1. Fry or grill turkey in the pan. Cut on peaces or slices

2. Pour rice in a deep bowl. Add butter and fry about 3 min on a medium-high heat
3. Pour broth or water and boil on a medium heat. Rice must be boiled properly about 35-40 min (add more water if rice evaporated too early)

4. Add turkey slices and grated cheese - mix all
