Fish In The Oven Recipe

📋 INGREDIENTS:
2,2 lb (1 kg) fish fillets, (any fish you like)
1 lemon
1 tsp salt and pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
baking sleeve
black olives seedless (not necessary)

💬 Note: This recipe is quick and healthy. And there are some advantages in cooking with bakig sleeve - a)you cook fish in its own juice and it will not become dry, b) you do not sense any unpleasant smell while fish is in the oven - only lemons when you get cooked fish out of the sleeve.

How to cook fish with lemon

1. Prepare fish
Defrost if it was frozen. Wash under the cold water a little and wipe with paper towel
2. Salt and pepper fish fillets. Put them into the baking sleeve in the ovenproof dish
3. Sprinkle with olive oil
4. Wash a lemon and cut it in circles. Put a lemon circle and some olives on top of every fish fillet
5. Tie the knots on both sides of the sleeve

6. Preheat oven 374F(190C). Bake in the oven for 45-50 min. Note, make 2-3 cuts with the knife in the sleeve when it starts to inflate
