Curry Calamari Recipe

💬 Note: Quick squid or curry calamari. Isn't it really nice two names for this recipe?
Fried calamari with curry
1. Defrost and wash in cold water the squids. Note that correct defrost is when frosted product moved to fridge fresh area and defrost time is about 4 hours.
2. If you have carcasses of squids cut them in rings width 1/2 in (1 cm).
3. Preheat pan with 4 tbsp of olive oil and put rings of squids. Fry about 10-15 min until soft.
4. Add on top some curry herbs on your taste. The dish is ready. Serve immediately with curry and bread
